The Bill of Rights "Meltdown '85" ep

The Bill of Rights were a 4-piece band from Surrey, BC that released two eps. this was their second release and came out in 1985 on No Rights Records. They had a third recording released as a tape called "Surf Skate". The songs found on the ep are:

5. A shot in the Ass
6. Conquest for Wilbur

MRR Scene Report - Vancouver, March 1985

Brian and Bill report on teh vancouver scene in March 1985. House of Commons just broke up. A band called NG3 formed out of their break up. Bill of Rights release "Meltdown '85" and add another member to the band. There is also some information about the Unknown Fibers, Immoral Minority, Polly Anna Slaughterhouse, the Fits, Legion of Doom, Social Menace, the Spores, Shanghai Dogs, and the Dispossessed.
